Privacy

Percerno Skills is run by Percerno (company details to be added). This notice says what we store, where, for how long, and who else sees it.

What we store

• Your account: name, email, company and role if you gave them, which plan you are on, when you signed up, your consent to the terms and whether you want marketing email (with the time), and where you came from (campaign tags or the referring page, when present).
• A usage log: for each action, the time, your account, the tool used (for example search, run, upload), which skill, how long it took and whether it worked. Searches keep the first 200 characters of the request text. We use it to run the service, to count the free plan's daily limits and to see which skills are useful.
• Your files: files you upload on your page are deleted after 24 hours. A task's sandbox is deleted when the task ends or after 10 minutes without activity. The files it made are kept until their download links stop working, 60 minutes after they were made, and then deleted.
• Hosted chat: the conversation is kept in the server's memory for up to 2 hours so the assistant can follow it, and in your own browser (local storage) until you delete it there.
• Web server logs: like any website, the web server records IP address, time and page requested, for security and troubleshooting. Your IP address is also used, in memory only, to limit how many signups come from one place.

Where

The service, its sandboxes and the data above are hosted on AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden).

Who else processes it

• Your own AI assistant. With a connector (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, …), the assistant you chose reads your requests and the tool results under your agreement with its provider. We do not control that.
• The model behind our hosted chat. If you use the chat on your page, your messages, and file content the model reads, are sent to the model provider we use, currently Google (Gemini API), under that provider's terms. Where that provider processes the data is set by the provider, not by us.
• Email. Account emails (your link) are sent through Brevo, an email service based in the EU; it receives your name and email address for that.
• Fonts and scripts. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and two scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare), so those services see your IP address when a page loads.

We do not sell data, and the pages have no advertising or tracking cookies. During the preview one cookie remembers the site access code.

How long

Account data stays while your account is active; ask us and we delete it, together with your usage log entries. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, and object to its use. Write to hello@percerno.ai. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
