Try asking

Say it in your own words; the assistant finds this recipe by itself. Examples:

“I uploaded deck-chart.pptx. Remove every animation and transition, add slide numbers and the footer 'Nordisk Widgets · Confidential', and make all text Carlito.”
“Put these speaker notes on deck20.pptx: slide 1 'Open with the compliance story', slide 2 'Stress the one-off credit', slide 20 'No discount ladder unless asked'. Then move slide 20 to the front.”
“Line up the three boxes on slide 22 of deck-chart.pptx and spread them evenly, and replace the chart on slide 21 with these quarters: Q1 41.0, Q2 44.3, Q3 48.2, Q4 51.0 (revenue) and 4.2, 5.1, 6.1, 6.8 (EBITDA).”
“Fjern alle animationer i deck20.pptx, slet de tomme tekstbokse, og giv mig filen med sidetal.”
Without Percerno: On a managed Windows laptop each of these is a different PowerPoint menu, applied slide by slide; twenty slides of animations alone is half an hour of clicking, and without PowerPoint you cannot touch the file.

When it is the right choice

Tidy an EXISTING PowerPoint in ONE command with the DeckCraft engine: remove all animations and transitions before sending, add slide numbers and a footer, one font and size for every slide, speaker notes on every slide from a list, reorder or delete slides, delete empty 'Click to add text' boxes, align and distribute the boxes on a slide, replace a chart's numbers, replace a word everywhere; then render the first slides to PNG. Use for: clean this deck up before it goes out, remove the animations, add page numbers, make the fonts consistent, put my notes on the slides, move slide 9 to the front, line up the boxes on slide 4, update the chart with Q4 numbers. Triggers: tidy, clean up, fix the deck, animations, transitions, slide numbers, footer, consistent font, speaker notes, reorder slides, align, distribute, update chart, ryd op, sidetal, noter.

The full recipe the assistant reads

Slide fixes (one command)

python3 /skills/slide-fixes/scripts/fixes.py IN.pptx OUT.pptx [fixes…] wraps deckcraft-cli, a native engine that reads and writes real .pptx without PowerPoint. One run applies every fix you list and prints one OK … line (what was done, slide count) or one ERROR … line. Inputs the person uploaded are in /work/in; write results to /work/out. Slide numbers are 1-based.
